MSLN, MTEAF and E-Rate

Every year in late summer early fall, you should receive a letter from the Maine State Library with a forms that need to be signed to continue your internet service with MSLN. In this packet there will be a Letter of Agency as well as other forms. The Letter of Agency gives MSLN permission to file for E-Rate funds on your behalf for your school or library. If you have any questions, contact your MSLN Circuit Rider.
It is very important that these forms be filled out or you could lose your free MSLN Internet connection!

- When you apply for e-rate on your own you must file forms 470, 471, 472 and 486. More information about filing these forms can be found at the SLD Reference web page. .
